What is the security deposit for?
The refundable security deposit covers accidental damage or missing accessories. It is fully refunded after the return inspection, minus any approved deductions.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver from our service hubs to most areas within the same city. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Is the equipment sanitized before delivery?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each return and again before it is dispatched for a new booking.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can request an extension from your account before the rental end date. The extra days are billed at the same rate and can be paid online.
What happens if the equipment is damaged?
Our team inspects the equipment on return. Any damage beyond normal wear is priced and deducted from your security deposit, and you will always be shown the reason before it is charged.
What documents do I need to rent equipment?
A government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) is required at the time of booking for KYC verification.
How do I schedule a pickup or return?
Our team schedules a pickup automatically on your rental end date. You can also request an earlier pickup from your account.
